The Job
This role involves working as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on our Sales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and growing your pipeline through prospecting initiatives.
  • Maintaining a minimum call and email volume to move leads down the sales funnel.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the German market.
  • Tracking daily activities and results using HubSpot, Salesloft, Cognism, and other tools.
  • Partnering with Account Executives to drive sales success.

Your Background
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be enthusiastic, positive, and curious. You should have experience with outbound prospecting, fluency in German and English, and a willingness to learn new skills. As a natural team player, you'll excel in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
