Sales Growth Manager

At GE, we're looking for a highly motivated Account Development Specialist to join our sales team. As a customer-facing professional, you'll be responsible for winning new business, developing, and converting pipelines to make an impact on relationships, projects, and programs affecting our customer base.
This role requires a self-starter with high energy levels, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a distributed sales structure. You'll collaborate primarily with colleagues in Power Transmission North Europe and the broader Grid Solution organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of Power Transmission products by developing new customer accounts and growing business volume with existing customers.
- Create, communicate, and execute sales/growth strategies and well-defined account + action plans for each assigned customer and key product/service offerings.
Your Background:
- Significant experience within sales, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
