Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in discovery sessions and executive meetings to understand customer business challenges and objectives
  • Provide deal support by delivering software demonstrations and presentations to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts
  • Participate in marketing events and lead Design Thinking sessions
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of work experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes
  • Exposure to relevant technologies and solutions, as well as excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Effective communication skills, including fluency in English and local language
  • Proficient interpersonal skills, including passion, curiosity, listening skills, professional presence, empathy, and a "can-get-it-done" mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions
