**Job Description**

Potter Clarkson LLP is seeking an experienced IP and Office Administrator to join our Copenhagen team.

About You:

  • You possess excellent English and Danish language skills.
  • You have experience within a Law/IP or Corporate Law/IP office or department, preferably with a focus on patent practice.
  • You hold paralegal experience.

Key Responsibilities (IP Administration):

  1. Manage deadlines for patent filing and prosecution matters.
  2. Organize and maintain case files for various IP applications and registrations.
  3. Handle correspondence with patent and trademark offices, external IP agents, and attorneys.
  4. Manage payment of IP-related fees and maintain records.
  5. Monitor the status of patents and other IP rights.
  6. Provide administrative support for attorneys in our Copenhagen office as well as other offices.

Key Responsibilities (Office Administration/Management):

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for building facility management.
  2. Ensure the office is running smoothly on a daily basis.
  3. Set up and maintain supplier contracts and manage relationships with vendors.
  4. Handle administrative tasks to support office operations.
