Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Location Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our real estate locations and facility management area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all real estate topics in various locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage costs associated with certain locations.
- Contract management, including negotiation and administration of contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage external technical service contracts (Hard FM Service contract) and security contracts.
- Develop and maintain space management awareness, updating data and creating presentations for the team.
- Manage various stakeholders, including internal business units and external landlords.
- Manage minor projects related to real estate and handle internal approval processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in real estate or facilities management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of finance (CapEx and OpEx budgets).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Competent with systems and able to use new finance and purchase tools.
- Motivating team player, resilient, and responsible, with a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
