We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in the Nordics region.

Formalize is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps businesses navigate complex compliance landscapes. Our platform adapts to regulatory changes, ensuring our clients remain compliant and confident in their operations.

Your Role

You will lead our sales efforts in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. Your team will consist of SDRs and AEs, and you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Hire and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals.
    • Manage and support a team of outbound SDRs to ensure a strong pipeline of meetings.
    • Drive team culture by organizing social activities within an agreed budget.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Own and drive sales growth in the Nordics, including direct sales responsibility (player-coach role).
    • Develop and scale sales operations, optimizing processes for efficiency and growth.
  • Market Strategy & Revenue Growth:
    • Ensure seamless alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Product to maximize revenue streams.
    • Manage inbound sales channels in close collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure the right market approach.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, preferably within a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and/or partner-driven sales.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Danish (Swedish or Norwegian is a plus).
