What You'll Do:

You will lead the charge introducing Superb to hospitality businesses in your territory. Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts. Understand customer struggles and approach each conversation with a consultative approach. Partner with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the market needs. Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb in the market.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a closing sales role (+1 year)
  • Cold-calling experience into various local businesses (preferred)
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations or genuine interest in the industry
  • Fluent Danish and comfortable with English as our business language
  • Lives in/near Jutland and able to travel around for customer meetings
  • High energy and great at building relationships
  • Collaborative team player mentality
