Role Overview- Sales and Account Management: Lead our sales efforts, focusing on aftersales products and offerings, including aftermarket services and lifecycle management of marine equipment.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, developing and implementing strategies to maximize business potential.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Establish accurate forecasts and report progress to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the marine industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and a basic understanding of marine equipment and services.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, drive results-oriented performance, and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration.
