We are seeking an Executive Sales Manager to join our team in the Nordics. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts in the region, identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals.

With your extensive experience in complex software sales within the Insurance industry, you will leverage your expertise to expand sales to new clients, achieve annual quotas, and deliver results-driven solutions. Your ability to influence and build trusted relationships at clients all the way up to C-level executives will be critical to your success.

You will work closely with our Regional Sales Director and other stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue in the Nordic region. Your leadership skills, combined with your sales expertise, will enable you to build and lead a high-performing sales team, collaborating with business development, marketing, and partners to drive success.
