Sapiens Denmark is urgently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our continued success in the Nordics.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a very well-established company that values innovation and initiative. Your role would be pivotal in steering our ongoing journey of growth in this region.

Working Model: Remote/Hybrid.

Our ideal candidate will be based in Copenhagen or Malmo – or within an easily commutable distance to our Copenhagen office, as regular visits to the office will be required.

Reporting to our UK based Regional Sales Director you will:

  1. Expand sales to new clients & achieve annual quotas for Sapiens Insurance and Digital product offerings in the Nordic region.
  2. Build opportunity pipeline and manage opportunity plans to win.
  3. Be responsible for the definition, development, and execution of the sales strategy, as well as the full sales cycle, from initiation to closure including, but not limited to:
    1. Accurately assess and qualify opportunities to ensure sales effort and resource are expended effectively;
    2. Undertake and be accountable for all necessary lead generation activities to drive penetration of target organisations and generate new logo acquisition.
    3. Draw on resources from business development, marketing and partners as needed to achieve this goal.
    4. Develop compelling business cases to justify investment in Sapiens's solutions.
    5. Engage and work confidently with Senior Business management and C-level executives, to progress sales opportunities.
    6. Provide weekly updates on sales forecast to enable sales management to consolidate accurate projections.

Your profile:

  1. 10+ years of complex software sales experience within the Insurance industry.
  2. A passion for enabling customers to get to their desired outcomes, detecting and leveraging new opportunities, managing sales cycles from initiation up to closure.
  3. A proven track record of high-value deals ($5m+) end-to-end management is a must.
  4. A solid business understanding of P&C and/or L&P, including the technology and platforms available.
  5. The ability to influence and to build trusted relationships at clients all the way up to C-level executives.
  6. The ability to lead a team for large deal pursuits.
  7. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
  8. Excellent English is a must-have; additional languages would be an advantage.
  9. Collaborative - a team player.
  10. Experienced in working with large multinational corporate companies.
