About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Project Assistant to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As an Administrative Project Assistant, you will become a valuable member of our project team and assist your colleagues with a wide range of project-related duties.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, streamline, and monitor project activities, as well as support project management in achieving agreed-upon objectives
  • Organize meetings and events, including preparing agendas and following up on action items
  • Update and coordinate the project budget
  • Perform IT-related tasks, such as maintaining the project's Microsoft Teams site and updating the project plan
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks

About You

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Experience working in a project administration position for several years
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • A flair for IT systems, especially within MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Confidence in working with updating and coordinating budgets
  • Proficiency in English at business level

Salary: DKK 480,000 - 560,000 per year (dependent on experience)
