As an Administrative Coordinator for Operational Excellence at Novo Nordisk A/S, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The position involves planning, preparing, optimizing, and following up on administrative tasks and processes across various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the office is running efficiently and to support your colleagues with administrative tasks.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and taking minutes
  • Managing calendars and coordinating activities
  • Booking events, conferences, and seminars
  • Creating content in PowerPoint
  • Supporting financial control at a departmental level
  • Driving projects within the department
  • Internal and external communication
  • Archiving documents

You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders and be a key employee in the department. We invest in your personal and professional growth as you navigate a globally dynamic environment and work with diverse tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing administrative support and eager to take ownership of diverse assignments. Ideally, you have experience working within a pharmaceutical company, but most importantly, you enjoy the administrative role and are eager to learn and further develop your skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to pick up new software skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Located in Denmark

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 45,000 - 60,000 DKK per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
