This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to lead our Heat Service team, driving aftersales across all global markets. As a leader with true business acumen and a strategic mindset, you will empower your team of 17 salespeople across our global stations.
Your Challenges and Tasks
- Drive growth through outstanding leadership and strategic activities.
- Run our heat service business with a clear marketing strategy, understanding markets, customers, and competitors.
- Provide a competitive offer of products and services for specific industries and applications.
- Motivate Sales Companies to generate demand in established businesses through the Global Sales Team.
- Show personal leadership and optimize internal organization/processes.
Your Profile and Competencies
We are seeking a professional with several years of experience in a similar manager role, demonstrating an empowering people management approach. You possess a commercial and strategic mindset, handling technical offerings with ease. Preferably, you have experience working with technical sales in a management role, maybe from the Marine Industry and in a Service environment.
