We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in driving sales growth and maintaining customer relationships for our Government Services division.

About the Role:

">
  • Develop and implement a territory plan to grow and maintain sales, utilizing consultative sales techniques and leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and threats to maintaining sales, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on our product lines and technologies, providing product demonstrations and fitting assistance as needed.
  • Serve as an instructor for group training sessions throughout the US, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.
  • Participate actively in regular conference calls and meetings, staying informed about company developments and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our shared database, ensuring seamless communication between teams and enhancing customer experience.
  • Manage timely expense and travel records, as well as sales call reports, to ensure efficient operations and optimal resource allocation.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry functions, showcasing our products and services to potential clients and partners.
  • Frequent travel is required, with a minimum of 75% travel time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Audiologist (AuD) or Master's/Ph.D. in Audiology preferred.
  • VA experience, clinic, and hearing aid fittings, as well as outside sales experience are all desirable.
  • Able to write a sales territory plan and business correspondence effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, ability to train customers, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
