Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the region.

About Advalight Aps

Advalight Aps is a scale-up bringing world-class laser innovation to dermatology and aesthetics. Our patented, multi-wavelength medical laser system has been commercially launched and is now being sold to dermatological and aesthetic medical practices in 30+ countries.

The Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our expansion efforts in Latin America. You will work closely with distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors to optimize sales performance
  • Establishing Advalight as a key player in the Latin American markets through enhanced brand visibility and market penetration
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations teams to drive sales initiatives and address market needs
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Preparing regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership roles, preferably within the Latin American market
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales of technically sophisticated MedTech products, preferably within aesthetics/dermatology
  • Strong understanding of distributor management and sales channel strategies
  • Solution-oriented negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
