The Job Position

We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team in Denmark. In this role, you will work closely with our Country Manager and local management team to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will also support the local organization, which consists of approximately 50 people.

This is a newly created role, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to make a significant impact on our office operations and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient operation of our office workflow procedures.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in vendor relationship management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for tasks and solutions related to facility and IT, coordinating with regional teams.
  • Plan and execute internal events and social activities.
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks, including redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Support with travel bookings and expenses management.
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.

You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out tasks with a positive mindset, accuracy, and speed. You will interact with almost every employee in the office and may be responsible for greeting clients.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following personal qualifications:

  • Flexibility and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and working in various systems.
  • Ability to work on different projects with other people, both locally and internationally.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Who You Are and Where You Come From

We believe you have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. You may be coming from the service industry, such as hotels or travel, or from a similar position within the financial sector.
