The Role

We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to join our team in Denmark. As an Office Coordinator, you will work closely with our Country Manager and the local management team to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks, including coordinating with regional Facility and IT support teams, planning and executing internal events, and supporting other teams with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management
  • First point of contact for tasks/solution related to Facility & IT - coordination with regional Facility and IT support teams
  • Planning and execution of internal events and social activities
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings)
  • Support with travel bookings and expenses management
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system

You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out tasks with a positive mindset, accuracy, and speed. You will interact with almost every employee in the office and are sometimes responsible for greeting clients.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications:

  • Flexible and able to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable using computer and working in various systems
  • Ability to work in different projects together with other people, locally as well as internationally
  • Excellent customer service

We believe you have at least 3-5 years' experience from a similar position. Maybe you are coming from the service industry (hotel/travel) or from a similar position within the financial sector.
