Arbejdsopgaver

  • Dialog med kunder om byggetekniske udfordringer og udvikling af løsninger
  • Arbejde med bygningsfysiske discipliner som lyd, brand, fugt og statik
  • Granskning og optimering af udbudsmaterialer
  • Mængdeberegning og tilbudsgivning
  • Udførelse af statiske beregninger som afsnitsprojekterende iht. SBi 271
  • Brug af CRM-system til projekt- og kundeinformation

Krav

  • Erfaring som bygningskonstruktør med en håndværksmæssig baggrund
  • Erfaring med bygningsstatik og statisk dokumentation
  • Erfaring med BIM og digitale værktøjer som Revit
  • Interesse i bæredygtigt byggeri og miljørigtige løsninger (DGNB, EPD m.m.)
  • Gode kommunikative evner og behersker dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale
  • IT-kundskaber indenfor Microsoft Office, Revit og CRM-systemer (Salesforce)
