Are you passionate about creating a best-in-class membership experience for kids? We're seeking a Senior Manager, Kids Engagement and Membership Experience to join our team at LEGO Koncernen.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global membership strategy that aligns with the LEGO Insiders Club vision and corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging experiences for kids, including content, marketing, and product development.
- Drive membership growth and retention through data-driven insights and member feedback.
- Partner with the Membership & Personalisation and Grown-Ups Engagement teams to ensure a seamless experience for kids and their families.
- Optimise communication with kids, following strategic, brand, and safety guidelines.
- Continuously improve the membership offering and experience, monitoring and utilising membership metrics, member input, and industry trends.
- 5+ years of experience leading global membership programs in an omni-channel context, delivering customer value and strong commercial results.
- Experience with member communication, benefits & rewards, achievements & recognition, content & marketing strategy, personalisation, gamification, consumer testing.
- Ability to thrive in a complex stakeholder landscape; excellent collaboration skills with proven ability to lead through influence.
- Strong communication skills, including through visual presentation decks with data-driven rationale.
- Strong personal organisation skills.
- Flexible with a can-do, self-starter attitude to make new things happen.
- Experience working on physical and/or digital products or experiences targeted towards kids / families (preferred).
