Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the development of our membership proposition and offer. As a key member of our Market & Channels Global Marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive membership offering framework that delivers exceptional customer value and drives commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a cross-functional membership strategy that integrates customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
  2. Lead the creation of an integrated value proposition that offers compelling benefits, experiences, and rewards across channels and touchpoints.
  3. Collaborate with product and tech teams to develop a membership benefits and rewards framework that drives customer engagement and loyalty.
  4. Partner with the Membership Expansion team to define, develop, and operate membership models, including tiered pricing and revenue opportunities.
  5. Develop and implement a benefits and rewards roadmap that aligns with our membership service blueprint and customer needs.
  6. Lead the approach to capture and use membership feedback and satisfaction data to inform membership offering improvements.
  7. Collaborate with data-driven teams to use insights to design and improve existing benefits and rewards.
  8. Partner with the Product Service Design team to design benefits, rewards, and experience offerings that meet customer needs.
  9. Collaborate with Membership Program Operations & Development team to bring member offerings to life.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of senior experience in leading membership propositions and offerings in an omni-channel context, delivering customer value and strong commercial results.
  2. Consistent record of transforming membership offerings to become fully integrated parts of the brand offering.
  3. Expertise in different membership types, including subscription, tiering, and freemium models, applied in a combined digital and physical context.
  4. Experience with leading cases for future benefits and rewards, including consumer testing, business rationale, investments, and impact.
  5. Experience navigating and building support among diverse groups of collaborators in global companies, including experience working with product and tech teams.
  6. Strong structured problem-solving and communication capabilities.
  7. Ability to convey simple recommendations based on solid foundations to senior collaborators.
  8. Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B).
