Customer Support Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team in Copenhagen. As a Student Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our Italian customers via email and phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to our Italian and international customers via email and phone.
  • Customer Education: Educate and empower customers to maximize their use of our product.
  • Contract Renewals: Assist with contract renewals and translate documentation from English to Italian.
  • KPIs: Strive to deliver business and technical value, guided by key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native level Italian and proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Education: At least 1 year left before graduating from master's studies in a field such as business, IT, communication, or another relevant field.
