Job RoleWe're seeking a Junior User Researcher to join our product team in Copenhagen. As a Junior User Researcher, you'll be the voice of our users – frontline hospitality and retail employees – and help ensure our product meets their needs.
You'll conduct user interviews and field research, gathering insights on their day-to-day challenges and pain points. You'll also translate your findings into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to our Product Designers and Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting User Interviews & Field Research: Gather insights on frontline employees' day-to-day challenges and pain points.
- Proactive Participant Recruitment: Take the lead in recruiting interviewees by visiting restaurants and other venues.
- Synthesizing Insights: Turn interview notes into findings that highlight key pain points.
- Presentation of Findings: Share user stories, reports, or quick briefs with Product Designers and Managers.
- User-Centric & Curious: You're keen to understand why people do what they do and improve their experiences.
- Fieldwork Experience: You enjoy leaving the building to find insights by speaking to real people.
- Analytical & Insightful: You spot patterns in interview notes and transform raw data into recommendations.
We're looking for a university student who can work approximately 10–20 hours per week. You should communicate fluently in English and Danish.
