About the Role- You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding processes and continuous customer satisfaction, working closely with our Head of Operations and commercial team.
- This is an exciting opportunity to influence our journey and contribute to improving our current processes while establishing new ones.
- You have significant experience from B2B customer success, ideally in the legal sector.
- Experience in working with customer and usage data, structuring, and presenting feedback is crucial.
- You excel at building trust, communicating value, and conveying the benefits of our product.
