Medier Agency is seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As our new hire, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic CRM programs that drive revenue growth, enhance customer relationships, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategies using a data-driven approach.
- Monitor and optimize CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze customer behavior and assess its impact on business metrics.
- Segment customers based on behaviors to create targeted offers and effective campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotional efforts align with our business objectives.
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM strategy and implementation.
- At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Results-driven approach focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
