Business Development Lead

Lead Key Accounts to Drive Commercial Success with Collinson Insurance Europe Limited.
You will oversee key client accounts, leveraging your experience in account management and business development to drive commercial success. Your Impact:
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance that aligns with their business objectives and Collinson's offerings.
- Foster Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-selling of Collinson's diverse portfolio of solutions.
- Navigate Complex Challenges: Proactively manage and resolve any issues or challenges, leveraging your experience in crisis management to maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and support the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in account management and business development, with a successful track record of driving growth in the Financial Services or Loyalty sectors.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align client needs with Collinson's business objectives.
- Commercial Awareness: Deep understanding of deal structuring, negotiations, and financial analysis.
- Crisis Management Skills: Exceptional crisis management skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and turn them into opportunities.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
