About the Role
NKT A/S is seeking a skilled Customer Insights Specialist to join our global marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing impactful customer insights to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead various customer and market research projects, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Align with stakeholders on insight and research needs.
- Develop guidelines or questionnaires in our survey tool (Qualtrics).
- Evaluate datasets and compile reports that offer suggestions for guiding marketing and operational strategies.
Requirements
- A BSc. in a research-related field.
- Experience in developing, conducting, and analyzing market/customer research projects.
- Sound knowledge of research methodology.
- Knowledge in survey tools such as Qualtrics is beneficial.
- Fluency in English.
