Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Optical Engineer to join our team of talented professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing novel wafer-scale characterization and pattern alignment techniques using optical methods. They will also be responsible for creating prototype optical setups, coordinating projects with tools and process development teams, and performing tests and debugging performance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or PhD degree in Physics specializing in optical engineering, with several years of experience in research-oriented settings. They should possess a strong background in optical design and instrumentation, data acquisition and control, and software knowledge (Win/Linux/Python/C). Additionally, they should be self-motivated, willing to share knowledge, and able to collaborate effectively with academic partners.
