Customer Success Technical Representative

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Representative to join our Technical Customer Support Team at Onomondo. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for handling complex customer issues and providing exceptional support to customers using our IoT technology.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex customer issues related to IoT connectivity
- Investigate and resolve customer issues through various communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements
- Participate in creating and maintaining documentation for best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Support Representative with knowledge of support handling and escalation processes
- Familiarity with IoT, Telco, or SaaS environments
- Experience with device or firmware development and troubleshooting is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
