As a key player at Neurons Inc, you will be instrumental in driving growth and setting the stage for lasting client partnerships that align with our mission of responsible customer engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients by researching target industries and understanding customer needs. This involves crafting tailored outreach that resonates with your audience.
- Drive Interest through Consultative Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations that position our AI tools as solutions to clients' challenges, setting the stage for a seamless sales journey.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine outreach strategies, share market insights, and ensure high-quality lead handoffs.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy: Track and manage lead data meticulously within our CRM, providing accurate forecasts and insights into the pipeline.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in an SDR role or similar, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage prospects confidently, present solutions clearly, and build rapport that sets the tone for positive, productive client relationships.
