Senior Business Development and Sales Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development and Sales Specialist to lead our Nordic simulation team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing team performance through effective sales strategies and process improvements.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new sales opportunities while expanding value-added services and simulation solutions to existing customers. You will also contribute to cross-border cooperation and development of sales processes and best practices to enhance team performance.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
