Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent at Maersk, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end customer interactions, ensuring seamless execution of logistics processes and timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service through timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Manage end-to-end shipments, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with company procedures and customer agreements.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, facilitating timely and effective resolution through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, drivers, and desires.
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities to drive business growth.
