We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless end-to-end logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver best-in-class customer service experiences
- Manage end-to-end shipment processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer agreements
- Own and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, engaging internal stakeholders as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring smooth execution of logistics lifecycles
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, drivers, and desires
- Identify and execute upselling opportunities, driving business growth and efficiency
