A Compelling Opportunity

We seek an exceptional individual to lead our commercial efforts as our new Global Commercial Director. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for spearheading sales strategy, fostering growth, and driving revenue expansion.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and develop winning sales playbooks to enhance lead generation and conversion.
  • Create effective tactics to convert opportunities and recover leads.
  • Establish clear sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Document successful and unsuccessful sales processes to create a knowledge repository.
What We Expect From You
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development within B2B SaaS, banking, or wealth management.
  • A methodical approach with a focus on repeatable results.
  • A go-getter mentality with strong commercial acumen and a passion for deal-making.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management with respect from both sales teams and clients.
  • Previous commercial leadership experience is a plus.
  • Ability to think outside the box and introduce innovative ideas to enhance our sales motion.
  • Results-driven and ambitious, exceeding targets.
