As Chief Revenue Officer at TimeLog, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of leadership, sales, software, and customer success.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to come in and put your footprint on taking TimeLog to further commercial success based upon our software already used by 35,000+ users. We aim to double our user base and are seeking a strategic leader to drive this growth.

  • Maintain, develop, and execute our commercial strategy
  • Drive lead generation through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Make both new business and add business happen
  • Implement and deliver strong customer support together with churn prevention
  • Inspire and motivate teams through our company's mission and strategies
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback from a commercial perspective to enhance buyer experience

You will work closely with our Chief Product & Tech Officer (CPTO) to secure optimal collaboration between commercial and tech teams. This role reports directly to our Chief Executive Officer and is part of TimeLog's Leadership Team.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading commercial teams to success
  • Strong record in delivering lead generation and sales budgets in new business and upsell business
  • Deep insights in the consultancy industry
  • Experience from a SaaS, B2B environment in the scale-up phase
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
About Us

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
