Enterprise Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Success Strategist to join our team at GAN Integrity Solutions. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum and excellent growth opportunities in a fully remote position.
About the RoleAs an Enterprise Success Strategist, you will be responsible for driving commercial relationships with customers to retain existing business and generate new revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- You will own the commercial relationship with customers, ensuring retention and growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with executive stakeholders, providing consultative sales advice that focuses on understanding, analyzing, and solving customer challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver long-term value for customers, including Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Senior Leadership.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consultative results-based selling SaaS-based products to enterprise-level accounts, preferably in the compliance industry.
- A proven track record of retaining and expanding existing customer bases, with a demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level enterprise business in complex sales environments.
- Effective pipeline management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to assess business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders across organizations.
