Process Development Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Aseptic Manufacturing team as a Process Development Team Lead. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the establishment, characterization, and scaling of aseptic manufacturing processes for new drug products.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or similar, and a solid leadership background within product development or pharmaceutical production. They will also have experience in aseptic manufacturing processes, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term focus.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
- Lead the team through employee engagement, defining individual business and behavior goals, ensuring hiring and job training, championing personal and professional development, and managing regular follow-up on project task progress.
- Allocate and manage resources from the team to key development projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes and success across the company.
Requirements
- Academic background in sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or similar.
- Solid leadership background within product development or pharmaceutical production. Experience with aseptic manufacturing processes can be an advantage.
- Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term focus, prioritizing and creating transparency for the team.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English language.
