Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at ALD Automotive. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives to drive our online presence and growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, preferably from an international company. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and priorities
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
  • Defining target customer segments and developing targeted digital marketing campaigns and messaging to reach and engage key audiences
  • Overseeing the creation and production of digital marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, digital newsletters, and multimedia assets
  • Managing digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversion rates
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Confidence in your skills and experience to build an internal function for marketing and communication
  • Passion for staying up to date with the latest trends in digital and marketing technology
  • Fluency in English and Danish
