The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Communications and Marketing expert to lead our external presence and develop a compelling brand story. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing a marketing and communication strategy that aligns with our mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing and communication strategy that showcases our brand and values.
  • Craft compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, and press releases.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders to enhance our brand presence.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and communication metrics to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communication strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Ability to work both strategically and with execution.
  • Commercial mindset with focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Experience in working closely with senior management and guiding marketing and communication efforts at a strategic level.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
