We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Ald Automotive A/S. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives to drive our new brand and create awareness, generate leads, and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, product promotions, and customer acquisition.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and finance to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and priorities.
  3. Coordinate the internal communication function, including internal newsletters, announcements, townhall presentations, and templates.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  5. Define target customer segments and develop targeted digital marketing campaigns and messaging to reach and engage key audiences.
  6. Oversee the creation and production of digital marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, digital newsletters, and multimedia assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  7. Manage digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversion rates.
  8. Monitor and analyze KPIs and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
  9. Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for digital marketing strategy and investment.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, preferably from an international company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Confidence in your skills and experience to build an internal function for marketing and communication.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically about complex issues.
  • Well-proven project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends in digital and marketing technology.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
