About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Technical Account Manager, Strategic Industries to support our customers' cloud journey and grow their knowledge of AWS cloud services and technologies.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Building solutions and providing technical guidance to customers
  • Ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy and reducing cost and complexity
  • Developing trusting relationships with customers and understanding their business needs and technical challenges
  • Driving technical discussions and consulting with partners from developers to C-suite executives

You will be part of a wider Enterprise Support team providing post-sales, consultative expertise and solving a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud.
