Strategic Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Technical Account Manager, Strategic Industries to support our customers' cloud journey and grow their knowledge of AWS cloud services and technologies.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Building solutions and providing technical guidance to customers
- Ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy and reducing cost and complexity
- Developing trusting relationships with customers and understanding their business needs and technical challenges
- Driving technical discussions and consulting with partners from developers to C-suite executives
You will be part of a wider Enterprise Support team providing post-sales, consultative expertise and solving a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud.
