Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance activities on-site, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Develop and implement maintenance management strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Implement standardized processes and procedures for SLAs across the site/accounts.
  • Ensure site staff are competent and effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
  • Provide healthy and safe working conditions, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
  • Implement control systems to ensure statutory, policy, and contractual commitments are met.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key client contacts and provide leadership and guidance to the team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a senior or executive management role with responsibility for product, culture, people, and business growth.
  • Previous experience in Facility Management, Building Services, Maintenance Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to connect with employees, clients, and management.
  • Excellent relationship builder with proven internal and external client management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand financial metrics.
  • Fluent language skills in English, with additional knowledge of Danish language a plus.
