Enterprise Sales Development Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our French/Benelux Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. They will work closely with our Country Manager and Sales Development Representatives to identify new sales opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and provide customized solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and relationship-building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on sales performance and progress
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in complex B2B sales, preferably in SaaS
- Experience in closing large deals and managing long sales cycles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Native fluency in French and professional fluency in English
