Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture relationships with existing retail and distribution partners, ensuring proactive communication and collaboration for long-term success.
  • Actively listen to partner needs, identifying opportunities for business growth and providing timely support.
  • Ensure partners have access to relevant information and updates, driving shared success and revenue goals.
  • Promote the SOUNDBOKS brand presence through marketing and retail events.
Sales Performance and Forecasting
  • Track sales performance, create accurate forecasts, and share them with the team to stay aligned on goals and progress.
  • Review partner progress, identify challenges, and contribute to creating plans for ongoing improvement.
Team Collaboration and Brand Storytelling
  • Maintain close communication with team members and stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring alignment towards shared goals.
  • Gather feedback from partners and customers, sharing insights with internal teams to inform decision-making.
  • Spread the word about the SOUNDBOKS story, aligning touchpoints with company values.
Requirements

We're seeking a talented individual at the early stages of their sales career, ready to dive into hands-on learnings and drive business growth. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in driving sales for a brand, preferably in the audio or lifestyle sector.
  • Excitement about becoming the ambassador of the SOUNDBOKS name, possibly due to previous positive experiences with the product.
  • Ability to energise daily interactions with others, showcasing enthusiasm and drive.
  • Proficiency in using data insights to inform sales strategies, including spreadsheets and business management platforms.
  • Capacity to work independently, with a willingness to grow professionally and personally.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages such as Nordic languages, German, or French considered an asset.
