Associate Director, Development Strategic Sourcing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Development Strategic Sourcing to join our team at Genmab. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end contracting and outsourcing process for development services with external service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the contracting and outsourcing process for development services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to minimize risk, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Build and lead a global team of outsourcing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs, developing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers, ensuring alignment with Genmab's goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on contract management, vendor evaluation, and risk mitigation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- 8-10 years of experience in clinical outsourcing, preferably in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of success in contract management, vendor evaluation, and risk mitigation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and address business needs.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
