Outsourcing Manager, Development Strategic Sourcing

We are seeking a highly skilled Outsourcing Manager, Development Strategic Sourcing to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our R&D Contract Management team, you will play a critical role in managing and advising on the end-to-end contracting and outsourcing process for clinical development areas with external service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the request for outsourcing process and vendor evaluation
- Enable vendor selection and drive the contract process for monetary agreements
- Manage vendor governance, including performance management and risk mitigation
- Support category strategies and contribute to the development of outsourcing strategies
- Participate in the further development of global outsourcing, contract management, and vendor governance processes
- Advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- At least 5 years' experience in clinical and/or drug supply in the bio-pharmaceutical industry or from a contract research organization
- Negotiation and vendor management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of drug development
- Experience working in a matrixed business environment
