We're seeking an experienced Trust Growth Advisor to join our team in Copenhagen. As the primary point of contact for our Norwegian customers, you'll be responsible for analyzing market trends, building strong relationships, and driving growth within this critical market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior in Norway to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with Norwegian customers to ensure satisfaction, product adoption, and contract renewal.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and value delivery specifically for the Norwegian market.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs to internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • SUCCESSFULLY onboard clients and ensure they fully utilize their paid subscription.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English.
  • 1-3 years of sales/Account Management experience, preferably in digital, online marketing, or software industries.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on achieving a high renewal/retention rate.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management with subscription-based models.
