Sales Growth Manager

The RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a B2B Account Manager in Copenhagen. This role involves managing an established portfolio of business customers while identifying new growth opportunities.
In this position, you will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, driving growth, and making a significant impact on our business. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Be a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Identify and convert new opportunities to expand our portfolio and increase revenue.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as the main point of contact for our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Achieve growth targets by meeting sales and activity KPIs using a structured, consultative approach.
- Maintain CRM excellence by ensuring accurate customer records and insights to drive data-led decisions.
Requirements
- B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or service-led industries.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills to adapt to different clients.
- Resilient and commercially driven, motivated to exceed goals and deliver results.
- Fluent in Danish and English, language skills will be tested during the recruitment process.
