Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Københavns Universitet (KU) Full time

About the Choudhary Lab

The Choudhary lab is a highly interdisciplinary and dynamic research environment at the University of Copenhagen. Our group conducts cutting-edge research in proteomics, genomics, and cell signaling, using state-of-the-art technologies such as quantitative proteomics, next-generation nucleic acid sequencing, and CRISPR-based genome editing.

We have a strong focus on understanding the scope and function of lysine acetylation in gene regulation, as well as the mechanisms of gene activation by cis-regulatory enhancers. Our research aims to generate large-scale datasets and understand cellular regulatory mechanisms using quantitative proteomics and genomics.
