Senior Account Manager for Sports Technology

Catapult is shaping the future of sports technology, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into Scandinavia. As part of our global team, you'll drive significant growth of our products, build strong relationships with customers and prospects, and leverage our resources to deliver exceptional results.
About You- You have 5-8 years of business development and direct sports industry enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success in high-profile accounts.
- You possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and win business deals.
- You are fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English, with residency in Denmark or Sweden.
- Increase sales in the region in line with specified targets, providing accurate feedback on future buying intentions of customers and prospects.
- Build strong relationships with customers and prospects through personal contact, meetings, conference attendance, and digital communication.
- Evaluate market and customer information to qualify each prospect's buying intention and ability, supporting negotiation on price, delivery, and customer management.
- Manage a pipeline of customers and prospects through buying stages from initial meeting, through presentation, and closing the sale.
- Presentation and demonstration of Catapult's products and services to customers and prospects as part of a sales process.
- Issuing quotes and detailed proposals to customers and prospects, working with each organization to progress the buying decision.
- Collaboration with Catapult's management to set targets for sales opportunities and revenue within the market.
- Self-management of your own performance and processes to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date pipelines, prospects, and sales records.
- Execution of marketing programs and marketing communication in target markets.
- Representation of the Catapult brand in public forums, conferences, trade shows, and events.
