About Conference Manager

We're a fast-paced commercial team seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to support our growing client base. This role can be based at our HQ in Virum, Denmark or our office in Munich.

This individual will be a key member of our team, assisting clients with planning and executing events, conferences, and fairs in a professional and service-minded manner. As an expert in our platform, they'll provide guidance, support, and valuable insights to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships and trust with German and Danish clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries.
  • Introduce new clients to our platform, ensuring they understand its features and capabilities.
  • Maintain close relationships with our development team, providing feedback and insights to enhance our platform.
  • Monitor client engagement and usage, identifying opportunities to offer additional value through new features or services.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the company, guaranteeing exceptional customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a natural relationship builder who excels at making others feel valued and heard. Fluency in Danish and German is essential, along with excellent communication skills. Additionally, we seek someone who:

  • Has experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment where they've worn multiple hats and made significant contributions.
  • Is tech-savvy and motivated to become an expert in our system.
  • Demonstrates service-mindedness and strong communication skills, able to assist clients in navigating systems in German, Danish, and English.
  • Is eager to join a dynamic commercial team and participate in post-sale activities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Aims to create a great work environment, contributing to our cultural champion status.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in event management; however, we'll provide training if needed.
